Are you tired of bulky, messy, and smelly pads and tampons that still manage to leak no matter how often you change them? Are you looking for good protection during that time of the month that doesn’t require huge underwear? Are you sensitive to pads or tampons? Our 100% high quality medical silicone menstrual cups are the answer.

Menstrual cups are an eco-friendly, cost-effective alternative to pads and panty liners that can be worn up to 12 hours before requiring emptying. They are soft, flexible, leak-proof, comfortable, reusable, great for overnight wear, and can collect 3 times more menstrual blood than pads and tampons. Our cups are hypoallergenic, latex-free, antibacterial, odorless, and easy to insert, remove, and clean.

Our cups are durable and can be rinsed and re-used for years with proper care before having to be replaced. It is suggested that you also purchase our sterilization cups so you can sterilize your cup in between your monthly cycles.

We suggest that you also purchase our sterilization cup for proper cleaning of your menstrual cup.

    1. Insertion

    • Wash your hands thoroughly.
    • Apply water or water-based lube to the rim of the cup if needed.
    • Fold the menstrual cup in half, holding it in one hand with the rim facing up.
    • Insert the cup, rim up, into your vagina. Cup should not hang outside of the vagina.
    • Once the cup is in your vagina, rotate it a little so that it opens to create an airtight seal to stop leaks.

You should not feel your menstrual cup if you have inserted it correctly. You should also be able to move, jump, sit, stand, and do other everyday activities without your cup falling out. If you’re having trouble putting in your cup, try putting a water-based lubrication on the rim of the cup prior to insertion. If you are still having trouble speak with your doctor.

    2. Take out and rinse

    • Wash hands thoroughly.
    • Take your index finger and thumb and insert into your vagina.
    • Pull the stem of the cup gently until you can reach the base.
    • Pinch the base to release the airtight seal and pull down to remove the cup.
    • Once removed, empty the cup into the sink or toilet.

    3. To clean

    • Wash with hot water and wipe clean before re-insertion
    • Do not use soaps on your cup. Soap can damage the cup
    • Sterilize your cups in between your menstrual cycles

I decided to try the menstrual cup for the first time after seeing your post on Instagram. I love it. It fit well and I was able to do everything in it. I won’t be wearing pads or tampons unless I absolutely have too. I’m excited about the money I’ll save too since I don’t have to buy stuff every month.
