Desirable Secrets sells feminine wellness products. Due to the intimate nature of most of our products, all sales are final. Your health is our number one priority. Therefore, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of our products.

REFUNDS

 Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved by our customer service department, refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that we do not credit back the amount paid for shipping. We will only credit back the amount that was paid for the product only.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. If you will not be available on delivery day, you may contact your shipping carrier to schedule delivery arrangements. Once your order has been shipped, please use the tracking number provided to track your order.
