Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 BUSINESS days following the date of your order. Please note that we normally do not process and/or ship orders out on the weekends. 

Domestic orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days for delivery depending on destination’s proximity to our warehouse.

International orders can take 6-20 business days for delivery. As an international customer there is a possibility you may be charged a custom’s fee. If charged, it would be your responsibility to pay this.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order such as address changes, you will have 1 hour after your order has been placed to do so. Customers may email info@desirablesecrets.com within the 1-hour time frame to request such changes. Any attempts to make changes or cancellations after the 1-hour period can be denied as your order would have entered the processing stage by then. Any address changes after that time can be made by you directly with the shipping carrier.

If we have to re-ship a package to you for any reason, you will incur a fee. This fee will only be the amount charged by the shipping carrier to deliver the package.
