Directions:

1. Clean hands and the vulva before use.
2. Lay down with hips slightly elevated.
3. Lay down on your back.
4. Remove the protective cap from the applicator
and gently insert the pre-filled applicator into
the vagina as far as it will comfortably go.
5. Push on the bottom end of the applicator to
release the gel into the vagina and remove the
empty applicator from the vagina.
6. Keep hips elevated for 5-10 minutes.
7. Discard the empty applicator and wash hands.
8. Wait at least 24 hours after insertion before
having intercourse.

Recommendations:

1. Use only one applicator at a time. The effects of
each applicator will lasts 3-5 days.
2. Use gel over a 15-day period for best results.
3. Do not engage in intercourse or oral sex for 24
hours after insertion.
4. Best to insert at night-time.
5. Doing kegel exercises along with gel treatment
will increase results.

Precautions:

1. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding,
or on your menstrual cycle.
2. Do not use if you have blisters, cuts or sores
