Realistically this what I did, I took 1 every 24 hours for three days girrrrllllllllll be patience and do that… dude gone make noises he never made before. Try not to have sex for those days that’s what I did. It is not permanent it will return to normal once you stop using it though. I wanted to be tighter and that’s what I experienced.
