Yoni steaming, also referred to as vaginal steaming (v-steaming), is an ancient yoni cleaning ritual that many women and holistic healers practice today. The process is simple and involves brewing a herbal, pouring it into a steaming seat, and sitting over the steam with towel or long gown for approximately 30 minutes.
